30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

SeekFast software licenses include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with SeekFast or experience a problem that we cannot resolve, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at info@seekfast.org. Please include the email address used for the purchase, the license type, and a short description of the issue or reason for the refund request.

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. After a refund is completed, the refunded license key is deactivated and can no longer be used to activate the full version of SeekFast.

Digital Delivery and Return Method

SeekFast licenses are delivered electronically. After purchase, the license key is shown on the website and is also sent by email. Because this is a digital software product, there is no physical product to return and no return shipping label is provided or required.

Fees

There are no restocking fees for refunded SeekFast software licenses.

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If you purchased the wrong license type or need help choosing the correct license, contact us at info@seekfast.org and we will help you resolve the issue.
