SeekFast End-User License Agreement

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("EULA") carefully before installing or using SeekFast. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software. By installing, copying, or otherwise using SeekFast, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

GENERAL

This EULA is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Slaviana Soft Ltd. ("Slaviana Soft") for the use of SeekFast ("Software"). Slaviana Soft grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with the terms of this EULA. The Software is licensed, not sold.

OWNERSHIP

The Software is owned by Slaviana Soft and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights in the Software to the User.

FREE VERSION

The Free version of the Software may be used for any legal purpose for an unlimited period of time. The Free version may be copied and distributed to other users, provided that it is distributed in its original form and without modification. The Free version has restrictions described on the SeekFast website.

PRO VERSION

The Pro version of SeekFast is available under different license types, including Personal, Corporate, and Enterprise licenses. All Pro licenses are perpetual unless expressly stated otherwise.

PERSONAL LICENSE

A Personal License allows one licensed user to use the Software on up to 3 personal computers. To activate the license on each computer, an Internet connection is required. If the User wishes to use the Software on more than 3 computers or by more than one user, additional licenses or another license type are required.

CORPORATE LICENSE

A Corporate License allows up to 20 licensed users to use the Software on up to 40 computers. To activate the license on each computer, an Internet connection is required. If more users or computers are needed, additional licenses or an Enterprise License are required.

ENTERPRISE LICENSE

An Enterprise License allows up to 150 licensed users to use the Software on up to 300 computers. To activate the license on each computer, an Internet connection is required. If more users or computers are needed, additional licenses are required.

RESTRICTIONS

The User may not rent, lease, sublicense, translate, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent that such restriction is not permitted by applicable law. The User may not remove or alter any proprietary notices contained in the Software.

TERM AND TERMINATION

This EULA remains in effect for as long as the User uses the Software in accordance with its terms. It will terminate automatically if the User fails to comply with any of its provisions. Upon termination, the User must stop using the Software and destroy all copies in their possession or control.

UPDATES AND SUPPORT

Purchased Pro licenses include free lifetime updates unless stated otherwise on the website at the time of purchase. Support is provided in accordance with the license type and the support information published on the SeekFast website.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Slaviana Soft disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Slaviana Soft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Software, including without limitation loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of information. Any liability of Slaviana Soft shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the Software.

PRIVACY

Your use of the website and any processing of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Slaviana Soft regarding the Software and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements relating to the Software.
